Let me just say, I can not wait until next Sunday is over with. Our primary program is next Sunday, lets just say things are crazy. I am a very organized person and have everything planned out to a tea, and the people I am working with on the program are not (mass chaos), (pulling my hair out), and a (little embarrassed). I wore my hair up today because I knew I would be hot and stressed and did not want it on my neck. I have really tried to help as much as possible with out stepping on toes but it is still crazy. I am only the secretary so I try not to be to bossy. HELP! HELP! HELP!
Well I just needed to vent a little so now I am done.

That totally Sucks!!! I hate chaos myself. I like to be organized too. I have no advice, cause I would be in the same vote. I hope it turns out fine, I'm sure it will. Good luck! Stay Calm!:)
Brent comes every Sunday and says over and over, "It's bad, it's bad, it is soooo bad." I tell him to suck it up and deal but maybe I am under estimating the soooo bad. Good luck and just think by this time next week it will be over. :)
This too shall pass!!! I know it is completely crazy, but except for the program going extra long, I think it will be fine. The kids parts are fine, and they know the songs, it will just be a matter of getting them up and down.
Hang in there. Our program is next week too. It will be interesting. I'm sure you'll be able to keep everyone together enough. Just keep smiling and breathe deep. Once it's over, tell Mitch you need a day off to recoup. Good luck!
Primary programs are stressful, but even the mistakes just make it funny. Our Sunbeams this year couldn't sit still and kept thinking they all had to go to the bathroom during the program, and of course we were on the front row. Then there are the kids who sing a line ahead or behind the rest of the group. I'm on the organized side too, so I know you are stressed, but it'll be over soon! Good luck!
I heard it was bad in there (lacking organization). I'm sure the Music Leaders have their part going good, they're awesome. I can't believe you're still putting up with it. I'm sure they need you and I hope they listen to you. Don't let them run you over with a Mack Truck, stand up for yourself.
Hang in there. I was over our primary program this year and after every practice I thought there was no way it would ever turn out. No matter how horrible and hyper they are during practices....Somehow the kids always pull it off.
Practices are always awful. Always! I always thought that the Program would be terrible, but somehow it always works out on the actual day. Hang in there! I was the president and I was organized and it was still a mess. Good luck! It's almost over!
The program was so cute. You guys did an awesome job. This kids were so much fun to watch. Ya all rock!
